We take on a small number of lines inside one clinical field, and we carry them end to end: authorisation, clinical introduction, tenders, installation and service.
04For international manufacturers
A route into the Kingdom that does not end at the first order.
Saudi Arabia is expanding ENT capacity faster than it is building the channels to equip it. Entering the market requires device authorisation, an importer of record, clinical introductions, presence in tenders, and after-sales infrastructure that survives the warranty period.
Tanestra provides that structure for a small number of manufacturers, inside one clinical field. We would rather represent four lines properly than forty nominally.
- Market access and device authorisation
- Distribution and authorised representation
- Clinical introduction and specialist engagement
- Presence in hospital and government tenders
- Installation, training and service infrastructure

What makes a good fit
The line belongs to ENT practice, not to a general catalogue.
The device is CE marked or FDA cleared, with a documentation set that can support a Saudi authorisation file.
The manufacturer will send an application specialist for clinical demonstrations and training.
The relationship is intended to last past the first order.

Send the case mix, the room, and the constraint. A specification is a better first conversation than a price list.
